Following your ambition to simplify the tax system and as we approach your 1^st Budget, may I pass on a few things that will make a difference to business’ actual experience of the tax system.

The Chancellor delivered a lot of changes that were relatively favourable to small businesses, but in the background a few important adverse changes were made which seem to be because too much money was leaving the Treasury. This is therefore not a bold post-Brexit Budget. 

Following the non-reversible Brexit vote last Thursday, how should you navigate your business through the inevitable uncertainty?

Or why it is sometimes difficult to understand a company's tax bill.....

Take a company which has made a £100k profit BUT £85k of this is from selling an asset, such as a specialist equipment.
